don't just state the answer, explain. Stage two countries in sub-Saharan Africa have primary sector jobs and when you review the epidemiological transition you see that stage 4 countries have people that die of many of the same factors as stage 3 countries but just at a later time (heart attacks happen to people in their 60s in stage 4 but the ambulance comes and the hospital saves them to live on to age 76 whereas that might not happen in a stage 3 country which has a wider amount of areas that lack health services) Stage 2 countries are severely lacking in health care, have epidemics and are subject to the problems of population pressure and therefore people die in their 40s to 50s but sometimes it is as low as their 30s on average
