Text: Footloose Industry
I tried looking for footloose industry in the book, but I can't find it.
I really think its A, but that's how I got it wrong.

D. need to stay in a core country
E. need to relocate to a peripheral country

Google is not footloose. You cannot find workers of that level just anywhere. Only core countries have the highly skilled workers they need.
I put D and it was right for the fact that it is used by country that have bnig technology and since it was made there and it has ben bringing success it will most likely stay there.
