For part of Number 1
If we have to make a list of the issues a city faces, then distinguish the pros and cons of an issue..well, that doesn't make sense to me. If there's an issue, that means it's bad. There's no pros to having your water source polluted, for example. Should I just list problems or just a few different good and bad things about each city?

lol yea.. i had the same problem. But i think he wanted us to point out the good and bad things about the City. Least thats what i did
yea i'm just confused on number 1 in general, like what kinds of issues about the cities? like their urbanization issues or how the city was planned out? or do we just list any problem that the city is experiencing?
well what i did was just Put what was going on .. economically.. where they were located.. how did it help.. .why? things like that.

I put positive and negative aspects of the city. For Cairo, they have great education and it's really the only place in Egypt with that asset. So that's a plus, they're all pretty well educated, but the bad thing is that it brings in populations of other people from other countries in Africa leading to overpopulation WHICH THEN leads to environmental issues and traffic problems.
