i have a question on for the best state and map on number 2, i don't understand what exactly we have to do for that extra best state handout. thanks

It's asking you to look up wat was the population of a state u think is best to live in in 1993. You have to pick a state which is the best to live in and look up all the info its asking u on the handout. I mostly used www.statemaster.com that should help in some.
