help on #8
hey guys for the homework, i cant really think of any reasons why the Sweden graph fluctuates like for 8a. And the rest of 8 i do not really know what to put, can someone help me out?

Same here, I cant figure out why it would fluctuate so much. I would assume it's periods of war and resource shortages, etc. things like that but I don't think that's right.
Yes, I am also confused. Are we supposed to research to find out the background information? Why would the graph fluctuate?
