better late than never right? sorry! here's what i got for the little chart thing though:
for the economic rankings (x-axis) i found a list of the top 20 countries:
1. luxembourg
2. norway
3. switzerland
4. ireland
5. denmark
6. iceland
7. U.S.
8. sweden
9. japan
10. finland
11. austria
12. U.K.
13. netherlands
14. belgium
15. france
16. germany
17. australia
18. san marino
19. canada
20. italy
this was found on nationmaster in the econmic category, GDP nominal(per capita) stat. now all you have to do is look up the human welfare for these countries and rank them from 1-20 (assuming that for the y-axis that 1 is the lowest and 20 is the highest) then simply put a dot (i think) where each country stands on human welfare. does he really expect us to do this for the lowest 20 as well? he only gave us one chart...

now that i look at the question again, it does sound like he was supposed to give out some sort of list doesn't it? well, this is the best i could come up with. i'm also assuming that "human welfare" in this case refers to the HDI, since he mentioned it below.
